Global Lens Photography Awards 2025

By submitting an entry to the Global Lens Photography Awards 2025 (hereafter referred to as “GLPA”, “we”, “our”, or “the Competition”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to photographers of all nationalities, aged 18 and over at the time of entry.

  • Participants must be the original creators and copyright holders of the photographs submitted.

2. Submission Guidelines

  • Entries must be submitted via our official website: https://globallensawards.com.

  • Photographs must not contain any watermark, signature, or border.

  • Entries must not violate any applicable laws or infringe on the rights of any third party.

3. Entry Fees

  • Single image entry: $15

  • Series (up to 6 images): $20

  • All fees are non-refundable, regardless of selection status or withdrawal.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

  • Copyright remains at all times with the photographer.

  • By entering, you grant GLPA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted images for the purposes of:

    • Promoting the competition (online, print, and social media)

    • Displaying winners and finalists in exhibitions, books, or catalogs

    • Publishing on the GLPA website and related promotional materials

  • GLPA will always credit the photographer wherever the image is used.

5. Judging and Selection

  • Entries are reviewed and evaluated by an independent jury of qualified professionals.

  • All judging decisions are final and not subject to review or appeal.

  • Images will be assessed based on creativity, storytelling, visual impact, and technical quality.

6. Prizes

  • Full prize details are listed on our Prizes Page.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for other goods or services.

  • Cash prizes will be sent via PayPal or bank transfer within 60 days of winner notification. GLPA is not responsible for fees or delays related to international transfers.

7. Disqualification

GLPA reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Contains plagiarized, offensive, or manipulated content in breach of ethical standards

  • Is suspected of fraudulent entry or misrepresentation

No refund will be issued for disqualified entries.

8. Data Privacy

  • By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the administration of the competition and related promotional activities.

  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties outside the scope of the competition.

9. Liability

  • GLPA is not liable for any lost, corrupted, or delayed submissions due to technical issues.

  • We make no guarantees regarding exposure or commercial benefit for participants.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLPA and its partners from any claim, loss, or damage resulting from your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

This competition is operated by Global Lens Awards, officially registered and based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms and any disputes shall be governed under the laws of the UAE.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
