When do submissions open for GLPA 2025?
Submissions officially open on July 31, 2025. You will be able to create an account and upload your images starting that date.
What is the final deadline for submissions?
The final deadline is September 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM (UTC). No entries can be edited or added after this cutoff.
Who is eligible to participate?
Open to professional, amateur, and student photographers worldwide. There are no restrictions based on nationality or prior awards.

You may select from the following categories:

How do I submit my photos?
On July 31, 2025, click “Submit Now,” register for an account, and follow the upload instructions. Each image must meet the technical specifications listed on the submission page (minimum 2,000 pixels on the long edge, JPEG format, sRGB color profile).
What are the submission fees?
Fees vary by category and membership status. Early-bird pricing (July 31–August 31) offers a 20% discount. Standard fees apply from September 1–30. See the “Submit Now” page for the detailed fee schedule.
Can I edit or withdraw my submission?
Yes. You may log in to your account and make changes up until September 30, 2025. After that date, no edits or withdrawals are permitted.
What is the nature of the service provided?
We offer photographers the opportunity to enter skill-based photography contests through our website. Participants submit their photographs for a chance to be featured or win prizes based on creativity, composition, and technical quality. Winners are determined by a panel of judges or a public voting system.
