The following guidelines outline the framework for participation in the Global Lens Photography Awards, ensuring fairness and transparency for all entrants.
Eligibility
The Global Lens Photography Awards is open to photographers aged 18 and above, irrespective of nationality, residency, or professional standing. Employees of the organizing entity, associated sponsors, and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate.
General Conditions
Submissions must be made through the official portal at globallensawards.com, adhering to the provided instructions for upload and payment.
Entrants authorize the storage and processing of registration data solely for competition administration purposes.
The organizing body reserves the right to publish, modify, or withdraw submitted materials for purposes directly related to the awards.
Each submission confers a perpetual, non-exclusive license for use in award-related promotions, with mandatory attribution to the photographer.
There is no limit on the number of submissions; images previously recognized in other awards are admissible, with no restrictions on capture date.
All entries must comply with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, any submission violating UAE regulations (e.g., depicting nudity, filming without consent, or showing restricted sites) will be disqualified.
Images may be entered into multiple categories upon payment of corresponding fees.

Upload images or series, select categories, and include necessary titles and descriptions.
Complete payment of entry fees to receive confirmation of submission.
Preparing Files
Files must be in JPEG format, utilizing sRGB or Adobe RGB color space, 8-bit depth.
Minimum dimension of 2,000 pixels on the longest edge; maximum file size of 5 MB.
No watermarks, borders, or identifying marks permitted.
Filenames restricted to letters, numbers, dashes (-), or underscores (_).

Top 3 Category Finalists: Interview publication, digital certificate of excellence, inclusion in the annual publication, virtual exhibition inclusion.
All Accepted Entries: Virtual exhibition participation, possible inclusion in the annual publication, digital certificate of participation.
Cash awards are disbursed in USD via secure transfer. Recipients are responsible for any associated fees. No substitutions or alternatives are available.
Copyright
Entrants retain complete copyright ownership. Submission grants a limited license for use in award-related contexts, with attribution always provided. No commercialization or unrelated licensing occurs.
Judging
Conducted anonymously by an independent international panel.
Category outcomes based on aggregate scores; overall winner selected from category leaders.
Decisions are final and not subject to appeal or discussion.
Finalists notified via email within three weeks post-judging.
